Repercussion Theatre Proudly Presented:

SHAKESPEARE-IN-THE-PARK 2002

The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged)

2002 was a tough financial year for Repercussion, as the team was set to start a tour of the United States on September 11th 2001. Everything was cancelled in the aftermath of 9/11. Regardless, with the support of the Montreal community, they were able to gather enough money to put on a 3 men show the following summer as they started their rebirth.

Men in tights? Absolutely. Watch as 3 men try to conquer the works of the great bard. 37 plays in 97 minutes. The famous Romeo and Juliet death scene, Titus Andronicus as a cooking show, a rendition of MacBeth that is sure to have Shakespeare spinning in his grave and of course Hamlet, Hamlet, Hamlet!

by Adam Long, Daniel Singer & Jess Winfield
